The 400 series Vickers and Knoop hardness testers have diverse functions and are easy to operate, providing an economical and reliable solution for accurate testing of Vickers and Knoop hardness. Both hardness scales can be used for quality control or metallurgical research and development. The 400 series products are equipped with one automatic turret and high-definition optical components, with a total magnification of 100x and 400x. The system comes with eight levels of main test force selection handwheels ranging from 10g to 2kg (see table). For the convenience of installing samples, the product is also equipped with a 100 × 100mm high-precision XY test bench, which can move 25mm in each direction of XY.
